Hutchins and Hutchins, Inc. came to Digital GreenLight to redesign their cleanroom equipment and supply website.
The new site features site membership, online ordering, and news articles. Hutchins and Hutchins is able to update their catalog themselves with new products, and change prices. They can add promotions and sales for featured items. They can set multiple price levels that work automatically for bulk-purchase customers.

What they needed, and what we did...
- Make their business more competitive.
To become more competitive, the existing site's visual design was completely redone with a sharp new look, and the functionality of ordering online was added to please customers who prefer to save time by placing orders online.
- Improve online channel of sales/customer contact.
Customer contact online was limited, so while adding features, we simplified the site's navigation to keep site visitors from becoming confused. We added the option to place orders online, and the ability to request quotes for complex or custom items. To entice feedback from customers, we implemented a contact form to replace the email link. The contact form was used to help keep the business email address from being found and used by spamming companies, as well as allowing contact from guests browsing the site on unfamiliar computers, such as hotel or airport courtesy computers.
- Increase exposure to potential customers.
To gain exposure, we listed yourcleanroomsupplier.com in specific online directories and optimized the site's text copy and HTML code for search engines. We now augment the website's natural traffic with a paid advertising program.

We have achieved top-10 search results for 10 of our targeted search terms, and top 30 rankings for an additional 6 search terms.
Website traffic is good. The first month after the redesign we had over 412 unique visitors see the site, by two months that number was over 1800. Total visits were over 2400, meaning people are coming back to the website. Nearly half of that traffic comes from the four major search engines.
In three months since launch the site now has over 150 registered members, with new members joining nearly every day from all over the world. The website also processes new orders nearly every day as well.
